Stephanie Soscia, Broker/Owner

Stephanie is a lifelong resident 0f Rhode Island and currently resides in Cranston with her husband and two sons.  She has a bachelor of science degree from University of Rhode Island as well as an associates degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology.  Her background in Sales, Development, Design, has provided Stephanie with the necessary tools to help make your experience with Premier Homes Realty RI a smooth transaction.

Steph’s career started off working for a major cosmetic company in Manhattan, NY which was a Manager of Materials Development for Educational materials that were distributed throughout the US.  From there, Stephanie moved back to Little Rhody and became an International Account Executive for a major jewelry company located in Rhode Island.

Stephanie has been in the Real Estate Industry for the past ten years.  In addition to being a Real Estate Broker in Rhode Island, she also has her own Real Estate Appraisal Business serving more than 25 lending institutions, attorneys, etc, throughout RI.
